the guy who stalked me for over two years and sent e-mails all over to other people claiming to have dated me. He was arrested in Chapel Hill, NC for stalking and harassing me. I never dated him. I do not know who else would go on such a campaign to call me crazy, other than him.

So, I think the people at www.whosliamiceli.com must know that it is this same person who I complained about years ago and are afraid that he is violating the protective order that was in place for a lifetime.

All of the statements sound just like that guy. I DID NOT MAKE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MICHAEL JORDAN PUBLIC. Other people did. Then, went back and called me crazy to Michael Jordan. What for??? For getting my nails done twice a month - I heard MJ say that publicly.....

Also, the baby was mentioned on ESPN.com message boards when I was working at my office in Raleigh, NC. So, who started the scandal, may I ask about the baby??? It was not me, as I was NOT even pregnant yet.

As far as the agreement being a restraining order, you have lost your mind...... it is not even valid and was read by a District Court Judge in NC - and said NO WAY!!!! It is a bad faith agreement and other legal lingo.... that I am not obligated to provide to anyone at this time....

Hacking into my e-mail does not give you the right to anything and I certainly will NOT be used for you to get close to Michael Jordan. Like he needs another hanger-on to try and make a buck off of him??? I just do not think that he expected others to do that to me so quickly....

then that really says a lot about him, as a person. Or he really needs to sue the people making false claims about him. In addition, the first story in Star Magazine was mine - the quotes, the way that he hit on me, etc, etc - the venue was changed and another woman's picture was in the story. I was at the beach all week in a friend's house right across the street from him. He invited me to come see him and made a point to tell me how to get there and his address. As soon as I got there - he invited me over to his house.

It is significant that I had a piece of paper with Jordan's hand-writing on it - for his business address. I asked for it so that I could mail the $60 that he gave to me the first night back to him. I borrowed money for a cab ride home.

Her (Melissa Kellogg's) story was my exact words to my friends, a group of female girl-friends who I told in confidence, very very sad that the story wound up in Star magazine near my birthday. Star magazine really needs to check their sources on the story. Then, the tabloid reporter asked me about his anatomy and then it wound up under Mellisa Kellogg's story. WHY??? The reporter asked me and then told me that she would NOT put it in my story since they did not agree to pay me enough for the disclosure. So they paid Melissa Kellogg more - for my story???? How is that legal????

Something does not add up - and it is worth pursuing legally. This further exemplifies my point that I needed to come forward, as my story would have been "performed" by others, even though it was my original story - even if Michael Jordan was one-upping me by being with Melissa Kellogg. No one caught the joke or the victory, if that was the point of the story....

So, Jordan needs to get his kudos if that was the point, that he scored two white women at the beach during training camp ,while still married to Juanita Jordan. He had me at a separate house across the street and he had Melissa Kellogg too after meeting her at a bar. Interesting. So, then why was Melissa Kellogg pictured by a house in Wilmington, NC that neither Jordan nor her were staying in (if she told him that she shared an apratment with tree girls???) - was it because they were letting me know that it was my story - and they were throwing it in my face - and letting me know that they knew that I stayed in a house at the beach. They just did not know which one I was in???

And I have kept diaries since I was 8 years old - so, it was in my diary way BEFORE it was published in their magazine.... and probably in therapist notes as well.

As far as Tina, I highly doubt that she was ever with Michael Jordan. PERIOD. Tina was obsessed with me too back at the steakhouse, and had to be a manager too, after me. If you are speaking about my former friend Tina. She also lied on the stand in court claiming that she knew Kelly before me, which would have been impossible. So, two conspirator's to steal my intellectual property. Wow....nice talk. As far as Juanita goes, she was pregnant and went after MJ 10 months after the kid was born for paternity. It was a fiasco. She dated another member of the team before him. My comments: I for one, got Michael Jordan's anatomy very very correct - as I would know as I was intimate with him on numerous occassions (not one) - and took the high road for the fact that it was printed in Star magazine in someone else's article - I thought that was tacky. I am very sorry that I am not able to do something regarding the 2 other blogs and 1 other web-site to get them to stop. I have tried cease and detest letters and threats of criminal and civil action to make them stop ASAP to no avail....

I also realize that it is disturbing for my friends and family members to read their nonsense as most of it does not make sense. They are using cruel deception to make people think that they know me, using childhood nicknames and such. It is really sick and really very sad. I gives me a headache to try and read through it. It is clear that their intent is to fraudulently misrepresent me and the stories in my life for their personal gain.

I received a domestic violence protective order from Kelly Werner, the delusional realtor in NC this week. So, her timing is very suspicious and makes me think that she is behind at least one of the fraudulent blogs. I am a supporter of domestic violence causes and volunteered at Interact in Raleigh, NC for one year in college. So, I would never be abusive to anyone that I ever lived with or dated. This is clearly an attempt of a bad realtor to try and get money out of me since she thinks that I received money from Michael Jordan. It is very sad that she would stoop to this level. I already wrote about her in the other blogs and how I was sad that she did not want to remain professional. I have not lived or seen this woman since 2002. So, to keep serving domestic violence papers on me when I live in Charlotte, NC and PA is sick and sad. She told me to sue her to get her to stop harassing me. It is really unbelieveable.

All three web-sites have been taken over by hackers and other parties. Their intent is to be malicious and discredit me or to do harm. So, please do not post on any those web-sites as they are not authorized by me, nor anyone that I know. They are using deception to make people think that I know who they are. I do not know any of those people over there.

In response to your statements that I gave Kelly Werner a hard time for being with Michael Jordan that first night of 23. She was on business with me, and came as my guest.

She was totally uninvited by Michael Jordan. You would not know this - as you were not there - SO THIS MAKES YOU DELUSIONAL, not Lisa Miceli. So, check your sources, if you have any. Everything that was written on my blogs has been stolen 2 times by a hacker. It was my original copyrighted material.

I know one of the thieves set up a web-site that I have already referred to. They do not own any of the material on their website either. It was stolen from my Yahoo account.

I have had enough with the manipulation, it is getting old. Their names are the names of my former friends, so it is clear that they are trying to run some game.

Everything that they are saying on the web-site is full of lies... by the spin that they put on it, I can tell who it is trying to help.

Here is the really really interesting part of this scheme, is that I changed my Yahoo password at least 10 times in the last few days.... so how they are getting in, is fishy...

Is powered by GO DADDY.com and they are in total and complete violation of their contract with GO DADDY putting the whole company a risk for a lawsuit. I have complained.

Anyway, as has been hacked off of my web blog several times - I was with Michael Jordan more than just at The Jimmy Valvano Golf Tournament so I do not even know why this group of individuals are tryin sooooo hard to discredit my personal information, when it does not pertain to them in any fashion whatsoever. I was more than a one-night stand to Michael Jordan.

THOSE ARE JUST THE FACTS - not to mention THEY STOLE!!!!

I already included all dates on my blog and the places that we were with one another AT MICHAEL JORDAN'S REQUEST AND INVITE.

I was told by Estee Portnoy to call Fred Sperling, lawyer to work on a misappropriation claim, with regards to the tabloid stories - the fact that American Media included other women in my story - when I was dating Michael Jordan, and I thought that MJ and I were exclusive, at the time - and that my contract was exclusive. Why did I have to give these other women credit in my story with Michael Jordan. I LOST MY HOME, MY CAREER, AND MY REPUTATION and these other women were in my story.

I dated Michael Jordan. REALTOR KELLY is delusional, not Lisa Miceli.

The truth will be in the book, it is not for this crazed person to set up a whole web-site trying to attack and discredit me. And then to not stop or return my personal items when requested is really really cruel.

Clearly, the point of the web-site is a scam to separate me from me and my sources of support (friends and family), MONEY, and my reputation.

THE MANIPULATION JUST DOES NOT STOP DOES IT - THE SCAM WILL BE EXPOSED.

Clearly I am being used - so it is just a matter of how and when I find out - I will not be happy.

This person registered their name with GODADDY AS PRIVATE.

Realtor Kelly Werner is the rule-breaker for her profession. The most unprofessional realtor in a business over polluted with bad realtors who cheat, lie, and MISREPRESENT. She also stepped way over personal boundaries and tried an unsuccessful take over of my private life.

So, this is another scam to use my name and image on something and I am NOT happy.

Hope to get some of this cleared up so that I can talk about how things, when the book is coming out, and other events that I am going to go to.

Ok, so the blog has been taken over and I cannot get back into it. I am able to get back into my e-mail though.

I had people actually ask me where the blog is. That was sweet...

So, the web-site: www.whoslisamiceli.com is trying to discredit me. Here are the issues at hand. Some of the information is in legal cases and cannot be revealed at this time. It will ALL make it into the book. So, www.whoslisamiceli.com is really upsetting me that they would try and comment on that information, when it could potentially hurt other business that I have going on that really does not have much to do with Michael Jordan directly.

Clearly, if I swear (curse) like a sailor to you, then you must know that I will publish the truth. It is just not time yet. Sorry for the profanity, it really upset me that they would steal from my account and then publish the info without asking me. Let's just say that I am spirited and fiesty to protect what I have...

I do not know if it is other men or what who are writing the nasty things about me but it is sick...

I for one, know that Michael Jordan and I would have continued to have a great relationship if there was not so much interference from third parties and libel on the web about me that it was costing me careers. I will not even go into the thefts.....

THAT IS FUNNY.

The tabloids did my first story and used Melissa Kellogg's picture in November 2000. Michael Jordan should not have been confused in the slightest as I just left his house at the beach, or at least where he was staying.

Then they (meaning American Media) finally acknowledged me in January 2002 yet they misquoted me and put me on wrong nights with Michael Jordan. Then, I had to endure Realtor/CaseyJones (from the GratefulDead Song) - KELLY, make all of her false and misleading statements for years.

Then in May 2004, they came out with a story, that was again mine, and claimed that I was a MYSTERY woman, and then they said that Michael Jordan dated Lisa Miceli and I did not interview for the story.

Lastly that comment should have been made for Realtor Kelly, who tried to sue me and had zero grounds or cause of action. THE JUDGE WROTE ON MY RESTRAINING ORDER, failure to prosecute Kelly, for all of the bs and lies.

This is ridiculous......

I have had enough with the thefts of my property.... this is not what I invisioned being named as Michael Jordan's Mistress.

The people stealing will NOT make the book, as it is clear that there is their intent, to force themselves into Michael Jordan and my private life.

I did not need help from third parties on meeting Michael Jordan. He walked right up to me, and asked to meet me in August of 1999, the rest should be history.

However, sick, delusional real estate agents in North Carolina keep forcing themselves into my private life, especially with Michael Jordan. I can see from their perspective that it was alwyas a scheme to them and a conspiracy to take my money and my property.
