If Michael Jordan is sleeping with my friends behind my back...

then that really says a lot about him, as a person. Or he really needs to sue the people making false claims about him. In addition, the first story in Star Magazine was mine - the quotes, the way that he hit on me, etc, etc - the venue was changed and another woman's picture was in the story. I was at the beach all week in a friend's house right across the street from him. He invited me to come see him and made a point to tell me how to get there and his address. As soon as I got there - he invited me over to his house.

It is significant that I had a piece of paper with Jordan's hand-writing on it - for his business address. I asked for it so that I could mail the $60 that he gave to me the first night back to him. I borrowed money for a cab ride home.

Her (Melissa Kellogg's) story was my exact words to my friends, a group of female girl-friends who I told in confidence, very very sad that the story wound up in Star magazine near my birthday. Star magazine really needs to check their sources on the story. Then, the tabloid reporter asked me about his anatomy and then it wound up under Mellisa Kellogg's story. WHY??? The reporter asked me and then told me that she would NOT put it in my story since they did not agree to pay me enough for the disclosure. So they paid Melissa Kellogg more - for my story???? How is that legal????

Something does not add up - and it is worth pursuing legally. This further exemplifies my point that I needed to come forward, as my story would have been "performed" by others, even though it was my original story - even if Michael Jordan was one-upping me by being with Melissa Kellogg. No one caught the joke or the victory, if that was the point of the story....

So, Jordan needs to get his kudos if that was the point, that he scored two white women at the beach during training camp ,while still married to Juanita Jordan. He had me at a separate house across the street and he had Melissa Kellogg too after meeting her at a bar. Interesting. So, then why was Melissa Kellogg pictured by a house in Wilmington, NC that neither Jordan nor her were staying in (if she told him that she shared an apratment with tree girls???) - was it because they were letting me know that it was my story - and they were throwing it in my face - and letting me know that they knew that I stayed in a house at the beach. They just did not know which one I was in???

Could you get any more cruel???

And I have kept diaries since I was 8 years old - so, it was in my diary way BEFORE it was published in their magazine.... and probably in therapist notes as well.

So, clearly misappropriaion AND unfair business practices are going on..... it was NOT enough to misappropriate my story to Melissa Kellogg, now they are trying to do it again to Tina. Tina can bash Lisa Miceli, so that she can take my spot..... ever hear of slander laughing Tina????

As far as Tina, I highly doubt that she was ever with Michael Jordan. PERIOD. Tina was obsessed with me too back at the steakhouse, and had to be a manager too, after me. If you are speaking about my former friend Tina. She also lied on the stand in court claiming that she knew Kelly before me, which would have been impossible. So, two conspirator's to steal my intellectual property. They, under normal circumstances would NOT be in my book - as it was to be a love story - of how Michael Jordan and Lisa Miceli met and the true events that unfolded. These events already occurred, so there is no point in disputing them, they already occurred.

Unless you are trying to purchase the rights to the manuscript, then you need to leave me alone, as I view it as harassment. Copyright law is FEDERAL and has nothing to do with STATE laws in NC.

I do not OWE my friends something, since in their own mind, they view themselves to be more attractive than me, or whatever. I earned my name getting famous.... through hard work.

If there was no interference, then Michal Jordan and Lisa Miceli would have had a great relationship.

As far as the legal proceedings, you will have to wait and see. Clearly, there were mistakes made - so, I do not see what the rush was to hack into my e-mail to get confidential e-mails.

I think people at Yahoo would be shocked to know that their e-mail system is NOT secure.... but that is a whole other issue.
